Owners
Gordon and Kathy Sparks have owned and operated The Louvre Art Gallery for more than 30 years, bringing deep expertise in art restoration and conservation to every piece they handle. Together, they manage the gallery and framing studio, while Kathy also contributes as a featured artist, gallery coordinator, and specialist in restoration services and in‑painting.
